Marc Eggers reports today without words about the Kaulitz kiss at the Oktoberfest. He says it all anyway. Why does the influencer get so much hate?

Munich – At the Oktoberfest, people drank and kissed – quite normal, right? Apparently not, when it comes to the two men Bill Kaulitz and Marc Eggers. For the Tokio Hotel singer and the otherwise masculine YouTuber, this is the first same-sex kiss in public. In a statement on Instagram, Eggers now shows how the Internet floods him with hate.

Celebrity kiss at the Oktoberfest: On the meadows, the Munich Oktoberfest, people sway happily in a confined space. Bill Kaulitz and Marc Eggers got really close on Sunday, September 24 in the famous Käfer tent. Numerous pictures of kisses between the two tightly embraced men flood the Internet.

Neither Bill Kaulitz nor Marc Eggers have been publicly photographed so intimately devoted to the same sex. While Bill Kaulitz (singer of Tokio Hotel) is quite openly peddling the idea of ensnaring men, things are different for Marc Eggers (influencer, reality TV star and YouTuber). So far, he has only shown himself with women at his side.

Marc Eggers reacts after Oktoberfest: Since the kiss with Bill Kaulitz at the Oktoberfest, a real wave of hatred seems to break over Marc Eggers. But instead of capitulating to it, Marc Eggers shows without words in a new Instagram Story from September 26 what frightening news he has to endure. "Sick pig", "ugly sh*****el" and worse read there:

Some of the hate messages are even likely to have criminal relevance. The reason why Marc Eggers is exposed to such tirades could also be partly related to his image and the target group.

This is how Marc Eggers shows himself otherwise: On his YouTube channel Thats.M.E, Eggers usually shows himself to be an understander of women. The majority of his cover photos are adorned with young ladies, and the videos are about dating tips or questions such as: "Do women like one-night stands?".

In contrast to Bill Kaulitz, Eggers gives himself a consciously traditional, masculine image in public.
