Garlic is known to give many dishes a spicy, aromatic note. Especially in Mediterranean cuisine, it should not be missing from many recipes. But the tuber also has health benefits. It not only has a positive effect on the blood vessels, but also declares war on bacteria.

For the miracle cloves you need garlic, honey and an empty jar. Put the garlic cloves in the jar and cover evenly with honey. With the help of a spoon or a wooden stick, you can better mix the cloves with the honey. If you take a spoonful of the fermented mixture every day, you prevent infections, according to the TikToker.
If you replace half of the conventional honey with Manuka honey, you increase the positive effect on the immune system. Manuka honey contains valuable methylglyoxal (MGO).
