Highlights: Altice International raises €800 million per debt on the markets. The telecommunications group led by Patrick Drahi is indebted to the tune of about sixty billion euros. Weakened by a corruption scandal in Portugal and the arrest of his co-founder of Altice, Armando Pereira, Drahi had not ceased to repeat in his speeches this summer that this scandal would have "no impact" on Altice's finances and forecasts, in order to reassure the markets, alarmed by the case as much as by the group's debt.
