The Tokyo Stock Exchange started the first session of the week higher, thanks to signals coming from the Bank of Japan's (Boj) quarterly report on the confidence of large companies, which improved in September beyond expectations.
At the opening, the Nikkei reference list recovers from the lows in a month and marks a rise of 0.78% to 32,105.22, with a gain of 247 points. On the foreign exchange market, the yen lost value against the dollar to a level of 149.60 and traded on the euro just above 158.
