The Church must adapt to today's world. In essence, this is Pope Francis' message to sell his synodal reform, a very important milestone of which begins this Wednesday in Rome. Three hundred and sixty-five people, two-thirds of them bishops, but also lay people and women, meet to discuss a change in the functioning of the institution that brings together 1.4 billion believers. At the end, they will have to vote on certain dossiers, paving the way for a frank modernisation of the institution.
