The preparation is simple and quick and that's it:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C convection.
  • Place pre-cooked and peeled potatoes in a baking dish and press down lightly with a potato masher. Spread the frozen spinach and cream evenly over the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese on top and place frozen fish fingers on top of the casserole.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes until the fish fingers are crispy.
  • Bang – done!
