Mid 200s. Cropped pants and peach skins are all the rage, and a reality show is flourishing on MTV: "My Incredible Birthday," in which 16-year-olds compete with each other in lavish and oversized parties. If this is not a resurgence of this program a hair dated, a luxurious birthday attracted all the attention this Monday, December 4: the 54 years of Jay-Z, in France. A hundred guests, including some stars and of course Beyoncé, were invited to feast in the famous Orient Express, then in a sumptuous castle in the Gironde region, in the middle of the vineyards.

"From Brooklyn to Bordeaux"
It's true that seeing Jay-Z at Bordeaux's Saint Jean train station is unexpected, to say the least. But knowing that he was warm in the mythical Orient Express, which he had previously privatized for himself and his guests, seems less surprising. Placed under the sign of wine, the rapper and businessman's stay, which lasted several days, offered as many opportunities for his guests to discover the specificities of Bordeaux wines. After a visit to the Château d'Yquem wine estate, then the Cheval Blanc wine estate in Saint Emilion, they took up residence for a night at Château Smith Haut Lafitte, in Martillac-Château, which had already welcomed King Charles III during his official visit to France last September. The 62 rooms in the house were all booked by Beyoncé's husband. This is where his birthday party, the highlight of the stay, took place.
The Trail to the Stars
If no video of the evening has been leaked, we imagine that the guests had a great time and that some hits of the spouses Jay Z and Beyoncé resonated. Rihanna, Kris Jenner, Lisa from the K-pop group Black Pink and Ellen Pompeo were present; a few rare videos have reported tastings of dozens of bottles of Pétrus Pomerol and Château d'Yquem dated 1969, i.e. ... The year of the singer's birth. Maybe they even ended up on the dance floor, dancing and singing at the top of their lungs one of Beyoncé's anthems: Drunk in love.
