This Saturday, December 9, the Wales family shared, as they do every year, their traditional greeting card on the sidelines of the Christmas holidays. Next to his mother, the eldest of the siblings seems to have gained a few centimetres.

He strikes a pose, standing next to his mother who is hugging him by the waist. Prince George, 10, played the traditional family photo game that his family shares every year to wish the British its best Christmas wishes. In the photo, captured in black and white, with a somewhat old-fashioned, almost retro grain, appears his father Prince William, his little sister Princess Charlotte (8 years old) and his brother Prince Louis (5 years old). The eldest of the family has a look that is both elegant and relaxed, dark trousers and white shirt, well-coiffed hair and hand in pocket. "Our family Christmas card for 2023," the Wales family wrote under the post, accompanied by emojis depicting a tree and a heart.

Together At Christmas

The shot was taken by photographer Josh Shinner earlier this year in Windsor. The latter had the family members pose in jeans, for the most part, except for little Louis, who was dressed in Bermuda shorts. The photo was shared on social media on Saturday, December 9, while the tribe attended the annual Christmas carol ceremony called Together At Christmas under the vaults of Westminster Abbey the day before. The event, created to "thank all those who do so much to support babies, young children and families in our communities across the UK" during the Covid-19 crisis, was celebrating its third edition, still under the leadership of Kate Middleton.
