Alain Delon, 88 years old, has been placed under judicial protection, as announced by BFM TV.
For the actor it is a temporary measure, less burdensome than actual protection.
Based on what the judge decided, Delon will be able to continue to carry out many acts, but not the most important ones, such as the sale of real estate, for example, which will have to be entrusted to a third party.
According to the TV, Delon was placed under judicial protection by a judge of protection disputes, who also appointed the "authority", i.e. the third person in charge of the acts that Delon will no longer be able to complete alone.
Her daughter AnouchkaDelon was "rejoiced" by this decision, according to what was announced by the lawyer Frank Berton.
This is a temporary and lighter measure than actual guardianship, in which everything is required to be controlled by a designated guardian.
