Instructions:

1.

Mix all the ingredients of the dough and knead until a soft and flexible texture is obtained (5 minutes).



2.

Cover with plastic wrap and put in a warm place to rise until the dough doubles in volume (about 40 minutes).



3.

When the dough has risen, place it on the work surface, roll out to a thickness of half a cm and spread with the filling.



4.

Fold edges, roll into a roll and cross.

Place the roll in a greased glass (cut side up), sprinkle a little sugar and cinnamon on top, and bake in the microwave on high heat for about 2 minutes.



6. To make the icing:
