This great yeast flour, which solves for many of us the fear of working with yeast dough, guarantees great rising results.
Just be careful to use warm water in cool weather.
Here the recipe requires a third of a cup of water, try to make it consist of two tablespoons of boiling water to get warmth.
Great swelling results.

Ingredients for 4 units:
200 grams of yeast flour
80 ml warm water
40 ml of oil
20 grams of sugar
10 grams of salt
For the cinnamon filling:
50 grams of melted butter
4 sugar
2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
For the icing:
8 tablespoons of powdered sugar
4 tablespoons of milk

Instructions:
1.
Mix all the ingredients of the dough and knead until a soft and flexible texture is obtained (5 minutes).
2.
Cover with plastic wrap and put in a warm place to rise until the dough doubles in volume (about 40 minutes).
3.
When the dough has risen, place it on the work surface, roll out to a thickness of half a cm and spread with the filling.
4.
Fold edges, roll into a roll and cross.
5.
Place the roll in a greased glass (cut side up), sprinkle a little sugar and cinnamon on top, and bake in the microwave on high heat for about 2 minutes.
6. To make the icing:
mix the powdered sugar with the milk, decorate the rolls with the icing and serve.
