Franz Konz

Franz Konz was born in Cologne in 1926.

After he was trained as a tax inspector and auditor at the Reich Finance School, he initially worked as a tax inspector after the end of the war.

However, he soon decided to leave the public service to work as a tax advisor.

He published his first book in 1952.

The non-fiction author died in 2013.
