with a strong interest also in design and creativity.
Particularly successful was the area that explores the strengthening of specific skills for business, e-commerce and personal development.
But who followed these courses the most?
The target of professionals ranges
from 25 to 45 years old
, and therefore includes both new graduates (or those close to the end of university studies), and those who have gained several years of experience but feel the need to refine and update their skills to remain competitive and follow the development of new technologies.
In particular, 33% are employees, 34% freelancers, 25% entrepreneurs and 8% students, with a female majority of members (around 52%).
“In general, it can be said that the training market during the past year has requested more practicality, tutorials and step-by-step strategies explained by industry experts.
For this reason, we have partnered with professionals and teams from companies of the caliber of Serenis, Talent Garden, Casavo, NeN, LTV, Binance, Shopify, Marketing Espresso, Canva and Not Just Analytics to provide our members with complete and authoritative training" commented Luca Mastella, CEO and founder of Learnn.
Training, forecasts for 2024
During the new year, interest in Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies will further strengthen, as well as confirming the attention towards
Digital Marketing
.
According to experts, there will be a particular involvement in courses that refine
programming skills for non-programmers
, but also a growing demand for skills in e-commerce and online business.
There is also a sign of interest for courses that develop interpersonal and transversal skills, such as those dedicated to
Personal Branding
, career development and soft skills.
Among the objectives: intensify the areas involving digital skills (social/content, advertisement, tools, innovation and AI), soft skills (negotiation, leadership, stress management, identification of objectives, focus, productivity, team communication, motivation), but also professional skills (personal branding, digital communication, monetization, taxation, communication with personal finance clients, finding a job).
The section of courses linked to business and companies should also be strengthened, with particular attention to e-commerce, growth, funnel, email, product/project management, sales, agile and B2B.
"In addition, we will further strengthen our relationship with companies in training corporate teams, as we have already done with over 600 teams, including RDS, Decathlon and Danone” commented Luca Mastella.
