Golden Retrievers are good spirits on four paws.
But it can be quite stressful for their canine siblings, as a TikTok video shows in an entertaining way.
Goldie Turtle and his older dog sister Steve live with their owners in the US state of Colorado.
While Turtle is the flower of life and has nothing on her mind most of the time, the old dog lady takes it easy and prefers to spend her time on the family couch.
An entertaining

video currently shows that the two are nothing alike and is causing numerous tears of laughter emojis on the social media platform.
But how do the two four-legged friends make the internet audience laugh?

"Our two dogs 'Turtle' and 'Turtle, leave them alone'"
In the short clip, Turtle can be seen nudging the elderly dog lady with his nose to encourage her to play.
But Steve isn't really in the mood for action; she'd rather just doze off in peace.
And Steve makes this very clear to her fellow dog Turtle: The eight-year-old dog bares her teeth irritably and looks at Turtle with a threatening look.
But apparently it doesn't matter at all.
He cheerfully licks his dog sister's fur and doesn't give up asking her to play together.
A little puppy wants to play, but his fellow dogs ignore him.

Scenes like this between Turtle and Steve don't seem to be uncommon.
Rather, the owners of the two know exactly that Turtle keeps misunderstanding Steve's threatening gestures and therefore take Turtle's perspective in the
TikTok
video.
If you could read the male dog's thoughts, according to his owners, they would look something like this:
Hi!
I'm Turtle and this is my sister.
(Growling and baring of teeth from Steve.)
Her name is “Turtle, leave her alone.”

Just like many others, you're probably wondering how these two four-legged friends get along in everyday life.

also asked itself this question
and therefore asked the owners.
Fortunately, they gave the all-clear and revealed: Steve liked to be in charge and wasn't very enthusiastic about the little puppy becoming part of the family.
But a while after his arrival, the dog's grandma arrived at Turtle's to play with him.
“She’s the boss,” one of the owners added.
The dog owner provided the best example of this.
Turtle once tried to overtake Steve in the hallway.
She then bared her teeth and thus made things clear: Steve has been leading the way since then, Turtle is following behind.
"She loves having a servant to boss around," the owner told

But the situation is only half as serious as one might think.
The two furry friends would now play with each other at least once a day.

Turtle has received more than 5.3 million views and over 800,000 hearts on
TikTok
with his cute misinterpretation of Steve's body language .
The viral hit was posted on the account @adognamedturtle.

Turtle's hopeful eyes are just too touching.
