"We INPS inspectors were 1200 in 2018, and each INPS inspector charges around one million each, therefore, 1.2 billion in 2018, today there are 844 of us, so we are at around 800 million ascertained, for every inspector who retires and is not replaced we lose 100 million. And in recent years we have lost several hundreds of millions because an unfortunate legislative decree, 149 of 2015 by the then minister Poletti, placed INPS inspectors in an exhaustion role, we therefore ask for the elimination of the exhaustion role for INPS and Inail inspectors ".
Giancarlo Sponchia, president of Aniv, National Association of Public Inspection Officials, said this at a hearing at the Labor Commission, as part of the examination of the bill on labor matters.
