In order to provide some breathing room for the independent public: Lahav Chamber of Independents in Israel, led by attorney Roi Cohen, together with Park Atidim Tel Aviv, owned by the Municipality of Tel Aviv and Tel Aviv University, forged an extraordinary cooperation to benefit the independents from the north and south of the country.



Park Atidim Tel Aviv has announced that it will make available to self-employed people from the north and south of the country and reserve employees of business owners and companies, offices, workspaces, meeting rooms and halls for meetings and gatherings free of charge for four months. In the business park you can find a diverse mix of offices of different sizes and conference halls for up to 250 people.

In addition, attorney Roy Cohen, President of Lahav, and Eyal Green, CEO of Park Atidim Tel Aviv, developed an 'all-inclusive' office rental model for company owners and self-employed persons from all over the country, who are now finding it difficult to bear the burden of the current expenses of the business.

The monthly payment will include parking costs, property tax, electricity, water and all services in advance, with exit points with maximum flexibility and particularly attractive prices.



In addition, artists, producers and creators from the south and the north who wish to sell their products to the general public, will receive booths free of charge in the commercial areas of the park.

The initiative is based on available space and subject to the discretion of the park.
