The redundancy payment in 2024 will amount to 1,392.89 euros gross, equal to 1,311.56 euros net.
The INPS specifies this in a circular, recalling that from 2022 the allowance does not depend on the worker's reference salary.
The amount has been increased by recovering 100% of the inflation estimated for 2023. This maximum amount must be increased by 20% for the salary supplement treatments granted in favor of companies in the construction and stone sector due to seasonal bad weather, L The gross amount will be 1,671.48 euros while the net amount will be 1,573.86 euros.
The unemployment benefit, the Naspi, is linked to the worker's reference salary but cannot in any case exceed, for 2024, 1,550.42 euros.
If the monthly salary is equal to or less than the monthly minimum set for 2024 (1,425.21 euros) the amount of Naspi is equal to 75% of the salary.
If it exceeds this threshold, an amount equal to 25% of the difference between the monthly salary and the aforementioned amount is added but in any case it cannot exceed 1,559.42 euros.
The maximum amount is the same for Discoll while for agricultural unemployment it amounts to 1321.53 euros.
