The post shows a photo of a black Ford that was not parked on the side of the road within the designated lines.
The owner probably decided to stop several meters from the actual marking - whether consciously or unconsciously is not known.
But this incident did not appear to be an isolated incident, as a notice on the parking lot floor revealed.
