The former prime minister and former president of the European Commission Romano Prodi said this on 'Start', on Sky TG24, commenting on the images of Ilaria Salis - at the first hearing of the trial in Budapest - in chains, with handcuffs on her wrists and her feet tied by leather shackles with padlocks.
