Sitting in a circle in a rectangular room, all eyes are fixed on Dr. Vincent Gautier, emergency doctor and president of the French Sign Language Health Society.

Regulatory agents are carefully following the training this Tuesday morning given by this 50-year-old man with graying hair.

Some of them listen to him religiously, others have their eyes glued to the interpreter to their left, who translates... in sign language.
