Pasta Evangelists, a premium British brand specializing in high quality fresh pasta, has announced the start of a partnership with Giancarlo Perbellini.
The chef of the two Michelin star restaurant 'Casa Perbellini 12Apostoli' will be the new executive chef of the brand, owned by the Barilla Group from 2021.
The collaboration will lead to the creation of a menu available all year round at the Pasta Evangelists restaurant, in the prestigious Harrods Dining Hall in London, and to the creation of a gourmet recipe book intended for takeaway platforms.
Through this partnership, the brand aims to further raise the quality and variety of its menu, offering a very high level and "tailor-made" choice also for takeaway, an option which a growing part of customers are looking at.
Among the upcoming creations designed by Perbellini for PastaEvangelists are braised venison cannelloni with parsnip, broccoli ravioli with tomato, olives and pine nuts and seafood lasagne with swordfish, calamari and chilli prawns.
