An advertising campaign by the Consorzio Arancia Rossa di Sicilia PGI is starting in Milan with the three specially decorated tram carriages of line 27, which runs from Viale Unità to Piazza Fontana.
"We bring the red of Sicilian oranges to the streets of Milan - states the president of the consortium Gerardo Diana - thanks to a happy collaboration between the Arancia Rossa di Sicilia PGI consortium, the Agriculture Department of the Sicilian Region and a young and brilliant advertising agency Catania, Fraom design. It is an important investment for us which will soon be supported also by the presence of the consortium on national radio and television".
"Italy from South to North - adds Diana - is a treasure chest of flavors and productions with unique characteristics. Making all Italians aware of our fruit, which grows on the slopes of Etna and turns red thanks to its influence, is one of the tasks of the consortium that I chair. I am grateful to our members who support our promotional initiatives, to the regional councilor for Agriculture Luca Sammartino and his staff, always attentive to the valorization of island agriculture, and to the consortium staff who always committed to the protection and valorisation of the PGI Sicilian Blood Orange".
The promotional commitment of the Consorzio Arancia Rossa di Sicilia PGI includes a promotional campaign on the national radio station Rtl 102.5 from 5 February to 1 March and from 10 to 23 March on the television station LA7.
These investments, financed thanks to measure 3.2 of the Sicilian Region, follow those carried out with entirely consortium funds in January on the national broadcasters Radio 101, Radio105 and Radio Montecarlo.
