The panoramic views of the new Heritage Golf Club course, which offers a panorama of the turquoise water of the Indian Ocean from every hole, left them speechless.
The route called La Réserve Golf Links, located in the heart of the 2,500 hectares of the Bel Ombre estate, in the southwest of Mauritius, opened its doors only a month ago and nestles where there were immense sugar cane fields.
Located near a UNESCO biosphere reserve, the only links on the island has obtained Golf Environment Organization (GEO) certification, an independent international body which supports sustainable development in the golf industry.
Fortunately, it did not suffer from cyclone Belal which crossed the island in mid-January, causing significant damage in its path.
