How to reduce polluting emissions from the road freight transport system - and not only - without penalizing a key sector of the economy: this is the theme at the center of the ANSA Forum scheduled to start from 3pm. Luca Giansanti, Eni manager, will take part in the debate for relations with the EU, Alfredo Perna, general manager for Italy of Amazon transport services, Niccolò Pieri, official of the transport directorate of the European Commission, Massimiliano Salini, Fi-PPE MEP and Betty Schiavoni, vice president of Confetra.
During the Forum, among other things, an overview will be made of the legislative process of the proposals presented by Brussels regarding the decarbonisation of freight transport, the initiatives launched at an industrial level to accompany the transition of the sector and the feasibility of the targets indicated in EU headquarters for cutting emissions from new vehicles that will be put into circulation in the coming years.
The Forum will be broadcast live on the ANSA Europa Facebook page and on ANSA.it.
