Our metabolism is busy every day producing energy that makes our heart beat, supports liver functions, keeps the kidneys and digestion functioning, allows us to breathe, enables sexual activity and enables children to grow into adults.

It plays a crucial role in all aging processes, influences our appearance, our body figure and skin texture and determines whether we age youthfully or appear old at a young age.

In the paperback version of his Spiegel bestseller, Prof. Dr.

Froböse delves into the secrets of metabolism.

He explains the reasons for the normal and necessary changes that occur after the age of 50 and shows that even small but targeted measures can have a positive effect on metabolism.

Through this book you will gain a deeper understanding of the processes and effects of metabolism and learn how to take the right measures to prevent premature and negative changes in the body caused by metabolism.

24vita.de gives tips on how to lose weight with a healthy metabolism.

This book is essential for filling important gaps in our knowledge and understanding why proper management of metabolism is crucial to our lives.
