Tim closes toned on the stock market and wears the pink jersey in the main list, awaiting KKR's offer for Sparkle and the dossier on Netco which is progressing quickly.
According to press reports, the sale of the network to the American fund could be completed by the end of May.
Last December, Tim's board of directors received an update on the progress of the sale of Sparkle to Kkr and had unanimously decided to extend, to the end of January 2024, the deadline granted to Optics Bidco, controlled by the American private equity group, to complete due diligence activities and formulate a final offer.
The offer, according to rumors, should be presented within the established deadlines.
Regarding the Netco dossier, the green light from the European Antitrust is expected and could arrive in mid-February.
Tim was the best on the main PiazzaAffari list with the stock gaining 2.2% to 0.28 euros.
