After playing in series such as "Pul Speed", "Eilat", "Betzafar" and "Spiders", Yonatan Rozovsky releases "Pick Brachiim", a song he wrote and composed with Mish Bjarno, who is also hosted and produced by Uri Avni.
This is the first single from a debut album that he has been working on lately.
In the song, he presents the anxieties he has experienced in recent times and throughout his life, alongside the desire and hope for better days, with an encouraging message that calls not to give up on yourself even in difficult moments, even when anxiety takes over.
In the clip, directed by Omer Aloni, he refers to the phenomenon of performance anxiety, which manifested itself in the minutes before the most fateful audition in Yonatan's life, in which Kobi Mahat, who directed Yonatan in "Full Speed", is also a guest.
"The music was always there," says Yonatan (29).
"It's something that accompanied me, whether it's as background sounds or whether it's something that helped me overcome things. In difficult moments, music was there for me. And now I think it fits into the field of acting. These are two worlds that need to connect."

You talk about anxieties in the song. Can share some? What helped you deal with them?
"Anxiety is something that accompanied me from childhood to adulthood throughout my life. As a child, I experienced anxiety from the learning disabilities I had. It affected me. Today, as an adult, I deal with the specific anxieties that this war arouses in all of us; regarding the fighting, the abductees, everything that this war requires us to think about it and understand it. Music helps me a lot in dealing with anxieties. I feel that through it I express myself. With everything we experience here, people need expression, each one with himself. And even if it's just to vent and nothing comes out of it in the end, for me writing Very helpful in self-care.
For Rozovsky, music is also a clear goal and a kind of mission.
"My dream is to make people through my music feel and experience things. Let them see themselves through music. This will be my greatest victory."
