The sentence obviously refers to the remarks of the Minister of National Education, and to the “packages of hours not seriously replaced” that Amélie Oudéa-Castéra had put forward to justify having unenrolled her first son from the Littré nursery school in 2009. Despite apologies presented a few days later, this public indictment is still having difficulty getting through to the incriminated professors.
