Veteran radio presenter

Hadar Marks

is used to getting up almost every morning even before the sun rises, and arriving at the Gilgal station in Jaffa to present her daily program, which she has presented since 2016. During November, Marks disappeared for a short period of time from the program, after saying that she had to be absent for medical reasons , now she is revealing more details about her condition.

In the video she uploaded yesterday (Wednesday) to her Instagram page, the presenter told while she was getting ready for tonight's workout about the training plan she had, and why she had to change it: "I had a training plan.

I was supposed to run a half-marathon in October together with Nimi and I was preparing for it, I even ran and reached 18 kilometers, everything was great, and then they discovered an eight-centimeter benign tumor in my stomach and no one knows where it came from."

Marks continued and shared that although as mentioned it is not known what caused her condition, she has no doubt that the ongoing war that began at the beginning of October had an effect on her condition: "Everyone knows that it came from October 7." She continued and promised that despite everything, she returned to running and is preparing for the next challenge: "So I have a new training plan, And little by little I will increase the kilometers and I want to run in the Jerusalem race, I will run ten kilometers and I will have the most fun in the world and I will meet my goals.

I will keep the promises I made to myself."

Following the events, the Netal Association is increasing the helpline at 1-800-363-363 or on the association's website.

The line provides mental assistance to anyone who feels pressure, anxiety and needs support and mental assistance following the situation.
