Yesterday (Wednesday) it was published for the first time in Vala about the approval of the Israel Land Authority's plan to build 7,850 apartments on an open area in eastern Hadera, contrary to the recommendation of the municipality, which tried to do everything in its power in recent days to postpone the discussion for at least a month, after the local authority elections.
Now, it has been revealed that the discussion was actually a setting for a decision that had already been determined in advance, when even before the committee's discussion of the huge plan that according to the municipality was to determine the fate of Hadera, its residents and the entire area - the Israel Lands Authority distributed a notice regarding the decision to approve the plan for deposit.
The announcement of the plan's approval, which was first published in Vala Real Estate when the discussion was in Ivo, led to the explosion of the discussion for several hours after the acting mayor of Hadera, Nir Ben Haim, actually received the spoiler for the ending which, it turns out, was known in advance by Rami.

In Ben Haim's words: "This is how it was revealed that we are all just players in a pre-addicted game. The entire professional team of Ariya Hadera is sitting in a discussion that we thought was serious, after studying all the arguments, we seriously voiced each and every argument and received a dismissive response. I doubt if anyone listened to us And then it became clear why. What happened raises question marks regarding the credibility of the discussion and the advancement of the destructive plan."
"This is a plan that will seriously harm the future of Hadera and the quality of life of its residents. It is extremely unfortunate that while we are fighting for our future here and we are all engaged in strengthening and increasing national resilience, there are those who choose to take advantage of weighty mechanisms for their personal use. The municipality strongly opposes the promotion of the plan because it goes against the development plan of the city, harms the implementation of other plans and especially urban renewal plans, the whole essence of which is social justice. I will continue to fight until it is removed from the table."
