Alec Baldwin has pleaded not guilty to charges of manslaughter
of cinematography director Halyna Hutchins on the set of the film 'Rust' in 2021. This was reported by the American media.
The actor was supposed to appear in a New Mexico court today for the hearing, but he pulled out.
Baldwin was rehearsing a scene near Santa Fe when the gun he was holding, which should not have contained 'live' bullets, went off and wounded Souza in the shoulder and, ricocheting, killed Hutchins.
The actor faces between 18 months and five years behind bars.
