For a year, Redouane Lazaar, 35, has been touring the Cergy-Pontoise area, often for the benefit of single women, like Fanfan, a retiree of limited means whom he visited on January 25.
With the microwave under his arm, he climbs the floors of his residence in Vauréal where he is expected with coffee and cakes.
