The US began attacks in Syria in response to the raid by pro-Iran groups that killed three American soldiers in Jordan.
Shortly before the American media announced the start of the American retaliation, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights had announced from Beirut the killing of "six pro-Iranian fighters, including at least three non-Syrians, near Al-Mayadeen, in east of Syria, in attacks probably carried out by the United States".
Six targets were hit by American raids in Syria in response to raids in Jordan by pro-Iran groups that killed three US soldiers.
This was reported by Fox News, specifying that six people were killed, a figure that coincides with that provided by the Observatory for Human Rights in Syria.
It is, the all news reports, "a large-scale attack".
