The perfect combination.
Today is Tuesday, so it's the perfect day for a taco recipe!
You've probably heard of the so-called Taco Tuesday, right?
This is the American custom of eating tacos or other Tex-Mex dishes on Tuesday evenings.
Most restaurants also have special offers and Taco Tuesday has gradually become established.
Since you can actually put any filling in tacos, we experimented a little and simply combined another popular fast food with our tacos.
The result: cheeseburger tacos!
Cheeseburger in a handy format – ideal for your series marathon.
That's how it's done:
You only need a few ingredients:
Cheeseburger Tacos:
3 brioche buns
2 tbsp cooking oil
300 g minced meat
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp pepper
5 slices of processed cheese
Toppings:
Mustard
Ketchup
Iceberg lettuce, in leaves
Tomatoes, sliced
Pickles, sliced
Onions, in fine rings
The preparation is simple:
Halve the brioche buns horizontally and flatten each bun half with a rolling pin.
Heat a pan without fat and toast flattened rolls on both sides.
Put aside.
Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in the same pan.
Fry the minced meat until crumbly.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add processed cheese and let it melt.
Form the toasted brioche bun slice into a taco.
Spread with mustard and ketchup.
Fill with minced meat and cheese mix, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions.
Zack - done!
You can also snack on a cheeseburger taco during a TV marathon, right?
