Tim rushes to the stock market after the Mef's offer for 100% of Sparkle and in view of the accounts.
The board of directors will meet on February 7th to evaluate the offer and, according to rumors, to take stock of the board's list in view of the next meeting which will renew the board of directors.
On February 14, however, Tim will report preliminary results for the fourth quarter of 2023, with the call scheduled for February 15.
Equita analysts expect "all the targets provided to the market for the current year to be achieved".
On Piazza Affari the stock gained 3.1% to 0.29 euros.
