1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp chili flakes
Asian cabbage rolls:
6 cabbage leaves (Chinese cabbage)
100 g rice noodles
500 g minced pork
100 g carrots, grated
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 chili pepper, finely chopped
10 g mint, finely chopped
10 g coriander, finely chopped
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
3 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp cooking oil

Preparation is easy thanks to these step-by-step instructions:
For the dip:
In a small bowl, mix together rice wine vinegar, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce and chili flakes.
For the roulades:
Blanch the cabbage leaves in a large pot of boiling water for three minutes.
Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions and then cut them into small pieces with scissors or a knife.
Mix the minced meat, carrots, garlic, chili, mint, coriander, sugar, rice wine vinegar, fish sauce and rice noodles.
Spread about one to two tablespoons of the filling on the lower third of each cabbage leaf and then roll up the leaf.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the roulades over medium heat for five minutes per side until golden brown.
Pour the dip over the cabbage rolls, garnish with black sesame and mint to taste and enjoy!
