However, if your employer notices that you are jeopardizing your recovery, for example if you go on a skiing holiday with a cold, things can become unpleasant for you.
If it turns out that you even simulate an illness in order to be able to go on vacation, you are committing a criminal offense of fraud.
If your employer doubts the illness, you should contact your legal protection insurance, if you have one.
