The perpetrator of the stabbing of a 19-year-old on January 14 in the Ponticelli district of Naples is just 15 years old: the Carabinieri arrested him, a measure ordered by the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office.
A provision, according to what has been learned, based on the danger of escape, but deemed non-existent by the judge, given that the boy went to the barracks to confess accompanied by his lawyer and his parents, who had a decisive role in this choice.
The investigating judge, therefore, did not validate the arrest, but still ordered the precautionary measure of placing the fifteen-year-old in a community for minors, pending further developments in the case.
The 19 year old was hit several times, for trivial reasons, by the other boy.
He was judged recoverable in 15 days, five of which he spent in hospital, hospitalized.
The military personnel, after having analyzed the images from the video surveillance systems, were already on the trail of the boy who, however, anticipated them by spontaneously going to the barracks in Ponticelli.
