The majority of viewers typed 2... and it was Pierre who won the “Star Academy” on TF 1 this Saturday evening.

Sovereign, the public crowned the 21-year-old Norman with the mustache and little goatee, rather than Julien, the 24-year-old from Pale with clear eyes.

With 55.6% of the votes, Pierre therefore won 100,000 euros and the assurance of recording an album, at the end of a finale full of suspense.

“It’s going to be a headache to decide between you,” warned Patrick Bruel.

“This week again, the scores are extremely close,” added Nikos Aliagas.

Since the beginning of the evening, the tireless presenter had spared no effort to ensure that the viewer understood the stakes of this “priiiiime”.

“Almost three months ago, an exceptional adventure began, which would seal their destiny and bind them all for life,” enthused Nikos, recalling that on November 4, in the “castleuuu”, there were thirteen candidates.

The host compared the finalists to “two gladiators in the arena, with their voice as their only weapon”, “two contenders for a single crown”.

And promised “a five-star final”.

In fact, the false notes at the start of the season seemed far away.

When the participants of this edition of "Star Ac'" arrived on the set swaying to "J'irai au bout de mes rêve" by Jean-Jacques Goldman, we realized that we already had some forgot some.

But Pierre and Julien, very chic in their black suits, largely held their place.

The first with his charming, slightly scratchy tone and his mischievous smile.

The second with his powerful voice, always solid in his interpretations… Except when he sang “The Times of the Cathedrals”.

Yanis Marshall ousted from Star Academy: “It’s not my decision”

Julien wanted to “take his revenge” by achieving this hit that he had missed during a previous show… and he stumbled again.

“Oh shit!

“, he exclaimed in the middle of the song.

But nothing to spoil the evening.

“You’re not here for nothing,” commented Adeline Toniutti, the singing teacher.

The two best from the 2023-2024 class competed in a duet on “Casser la voix” by Patrick Bruel or “Purple rain” by Prince.

And each sang with other artists (Pierre with Yseult and Dadju, Julien with Patrick Fiori and Tayc), solo (Pierre covered Michel Jonasz, Raphaël and Céline Dion, Julien distinguished himself on Édith Piaf and Johnny Hallyday) or in trio (as with Vitaa, draped like a vestal).

Pierre and Djadju sing… Pierre!

At 11:30 p.m., Pierre even sang… Pierre.

While he was performing “Complicated” with Dadju, the latter interrupted himself.

“Today, I want to have fun and I don’t want people to sing Dadju, I want people to sing Pierre,” he declared.

While the candidate grabbed his guitar, Dadju had fun: “Uncle Nikos doesn't like unforeseen events like that live”.

“It’s a first for Star Ac,” confirmed the presenter from backstage.

Pierre and Dadju, joined by all the candidates from this promotion, then sang “What we were”, the piece composed by Pierre himself.

Quite a spotlight on the Norman finalist…

In their respective towns, Villedieu-les-Poêles and Pau, Pierre and Julien were supported by their “communities”.

We could see their fan clubs via duplexes hosted by two former TF 1 telecrochet candidates, Mathieu Johann (from “Star Academy” 2004) and Houcine (class of 2002), both excited.

Over there, there were banners, shouts.

It was “huge”, “completely crazy”, “crazy madness”, “the crowd is wild”, “the party”, “the fire”.

But some, obviously, heated up their phones more.
