If you put the dough in the baking tray without the paper cases, it can also happen that the finished muffins are difficult to remove from the tin.

For the homemade muffin cases you need:
baking paper
a cereal bowl (diameter about 13 to 14 cm)
a glass (diameter about 6 to 7 cm)
a pencil
a scissors
Fold a rectangular sheet of baking paper once lengthwise and then twice across to form a small rectangle - a total of six layers should now be on top of each other.
Then place the cereal bowl with the opening facing down on the baking paper and trace the outline with the pencil and cut out the shape.
Then shape the baking paper circles on the upturned drinking glass, moisten the baking paper and fit the homemade shape into the muffin baking tray.
No paper cases at hand?
Grease the tray well
If you don't have baking paper or paper cases, you can put the dough in the baking tray without the paper form if necessary.
To do this, grease the recesses well.
Crumbled cornflakes, chopped nuts, coconut flakes or breadcrumbs can also help if the dough is particularly sticky.
