"Ilaria Salis' lawyers must ask for house arrest in Hungary, a request which, up to now, they have not made. This is not up to us".
Thus Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani on the sidelines of a Forza Italia event in the Milan area.
"First you have to get house arrest in Hungary, and this is the fundamental point, after which you have to ask for house arrest in Italy. Only once house arrest is granted, if there is a request from the lawyer, can we ask to have house arrest in Italy" he added, underlining that "we are ready to do whatever it takes".
