"It is illegitimate and exploitative behavior" by Cartiere Pigna spa which interrupted commercial relations with companies connected to Chiara Ferragni.
This is what we read in a note with which Fenice srl, the company that manages the influencer's brands, "disputes Pigna's violation of the existing contract and the legitimacy of the unilateral interruption of commercial relations".
"The illegitimacy of Pigna's decision was aggravated by the company's choice to communicate to the public, even before Fenice, the termination of the partnership relationship - continues the note -; an evidently instrumental choice and contrary to the duty of good faith in the execution of the contract. In this context, Fenice reserves the right to act in the most appropriate places to protect its interests" "Furthermore - concludes the press release - Fenice considers the reference to the code of ethics to be instrumental also in consideration of a statement made to the media on 23 December 2023 by the CEO of Pigna, who had defined the collaboration as "profitable and satisfactory".
Fenice also communicates that similar protection initiatives will be taken against subjects who have implemented behaviors in violation of the collaboration contracts in be and therefore of the interests of Fenice.
