With mascarpone sauce as a topping, you can serve your guests a delicious fruit salad during the Christmas season with little effort.
All you need is a few favorite fruits.
And the creamy side dish with mascarpone is also quick to make; it tastes simply delicious in combination with the fresh fruit.
Here is the recipe idea for the special dessert in winter.
The following ingredients are recommended for the fruit salad (without side dish):
4 oranges
250 g grapes (halved and deseeded)
4 apples (sour)
3 pears
Walnuts
blueberries
Juice from one lemon
Some sugar
This simple fruit salad is prepared so quickly:
Cut the fruit into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
Add the chopped walnuts and blueberries to the bowl too.
Sprinkle some sugar over it with a spoon, mix briefly and add the lemon juice.
At the end, mix the fruit salad well again with two large spoons.
You can also serve a winter fruit salad beautifully in a glass.

What you need for the mascarpone sauce (side dish):
3 egg yolks
75 grams of sugar
150g mascarpone
125 ml whipped cream
4 to 5 tablespoons almond syrup
