A tradition is a tradition, and here is another day that is not anchored in the calendar of Israeli holidays, but is completely a celebration for the lovers of the big screen.
Israeli Cinema Day will take place this year on Wednesday, February 7, during which only Israeli films will be screened in all cinemas across the country.
26 new Israeli films will be screened this year, some of them in one-off premiere screenings until their official release date, and others have only recently been released.
And the price for everyone: 10 shekels only.
Among the films that were screened at the national premiere: "The Winners", "Air Combat", "Home", "The Mistress", "Checkout" and among the recently released films: "Plan A", "Running on the Sand", "Children of Nef" one".
The blockbusters that were screened: "Monkey Garden" and "7 Blessings", the big winner of the Ophir Awards.
