was
arrested this Sunday
for being involved in a traffic accident while driving a patrol car in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Barracas that left
ten people injured
.
The officer was subjected to
a breathalyzer test
, which returned a positive result of 0.4 grams of alcohol per liter of blood.
By judicial order, the Buenos Aires agent - a senior officer of the force - was arrested and charged with reported injuries to the detriment of those who were in the private car that the cell phone collided with.
The incident occurred this Sunday around 7:30 in the morning at the intersection of Avenida Iriarte and Magaldi, where the security force car, which was carrying four members of the Buenos Aires police, collided with a Volkswagen Gol, in which There were four adults and a child.
City firefighters and agents from the 4D Neighborhood Police Station went there, attending to those involved, along with

According to the official report, the minor was transferred without risk of life with a cordon sanitaire to the Penna hospital, along with the other four crew members.

a man waiting for a bus
became the tenth injured in the accident when he was hit by one of the cars.
Although he is not at risk of life, he was transferred to a health center with a diagnosis of chest and skull trauma.

The private vehicle suffered severe damage and the driver's window was broken, while the patrol car, a pickup truck, had its front damaged.
At the request of the Southern Flagrance Unit, the Federal Police were requested to perform alcohol and narcotests on the drivers involved in the crash.
From there came the positive result of the police officer who, as such, cannot register traces of alcohol in the blood when he is behind the wheel.
Those traveling in the private car were also subjected to controls for alcohol and narcotics consumption, although these results have not yet been released.
The health status of the rest of the people involved was not detailed, nor were the identities of the ten people associated with the incident.
