Another example of Fleximan-style "avengers" occurred in the Veneto region, this time in the demolition of road signs indicating the speed limit at 30 kilometers per hour, which had been placed just under a day ago in Cappella Maggiore, in the province of Treviso.
According to local newspapers today, it was a man who, around 10pm on Thursday, drove a tractor, knocking down five road signs.
This is indicated by the testimonies of some residents and the tire marks near the torn down signs.
The mayor, Mariarosa Barazza, has announced that she will file a complaint and that in the meantime she will put the signs back in place.
The 'zone 30' ordinance was issued by the Municipality on January 26th, for reasons of safety of residents and pedestrians who pass through the narrow and curved road.
On social media, obviously, there were comments in favor of and against yet another vandal.
