“He was so nice”
Ten years ago, the actor said that he had asked the little girl out.
“We went to see a bloody horror film which was really horrible,” he confided, before adding: “And that’s the whole story.
She never called me back.
Thus, Drew Barrymore ghosted the man who would later become the interpreter of Bruce Wayne/Batman in Christopher Nolan's saga.
A very amusing anecdote that she confirmed three years later, on the set of Watch what happens live with Andy Cohen.
“I don’t know why I did that, he was so nice!”, she was initially enthusiastic.

I had other fish to fry.”
Christian Bale has since recovered well.
The actor has been married since 2000 to his long-time partner, stuntwoman Sandra “Sibi” Blazic.
Together, they had two children, Emmeline, born in March 2005 and Joseph, born in August 2014.
