The audit found that the factory is in a state of severe neglect and there is a very poor sanitary condition.
In addition, the accumulation of food residues and a lot of dirt were found in all its wings.
Also, it was found that the use of the production equipment is dirty and improper.
The closure order reads: "Food production in a dirty and neglected environment that may endanger the safety of the products produced in the factory."
It was also found that the factory uses raw materials, extracts, dyes and lemon salt, the origin and integrity of which is unknown.
These were found in non-original packaging, without marking any identifying information.
Also, there is no observance of employee hygiene rules.
Dr. Marwa Matans, who signed the order, emphasized that most of the deficiencies are recurring deficiencies that were also observed in a previous audit of the business, conducted in May of last year, and after a hearing held with the owner of the factory regarding the possibility of an administrative stop order being issued to the factory.

She addresses the manager with an order and adds that "At the end of the hearing, I was impressed that the situation in the business still endangers public health, and that most of the essential deficiencies have not yet been addressed. I was also impressed by the lack of professional knowledge in managing a food production business. I will also note that I did not receive clear answers in which format to operate the business, and how to prevent The recurrence of the deficiencies once again. And I did not receive any answers that suggest how you will operate the business in a way that does not endanger public health."
"Under the circumstances described, the business operates in a situation that endangers public health, and therefore I decided to issue an administrative stop order," she seals her words and explains her decision.
