Five Kurdish fighters were killed in a drone attack on an American base in Syria.
This was reported by the Observatory for human rights in the country.
“Five members of the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces were killed and about 20 were injured by a drone strike after midnight on the Al-Omar oil field,” the largest base of the US-led coalition in Syria, Rami Abdel said Rahman, head of the British-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
In a statement, the "Islamic Resistance" in Iraq claimed responsibility for the attack.
