Our economy has "demonstrated a remarkable capacity for resilience. We have signs in the last quarter and the beginning of 2024 of a modest recovery, but always above the European average".
The Minister of Economy Giancarlo Giorgetti said this at the presentation of the 2023 results of the Revenue Agency.
"The signals coming from employment are in some ways very comforting - he added - we are reabsorbing the phenomenon of unemployment".
On the fiscal delegation, "intense work" is underway with legislative decrees: some have been done, "others will be done shortly and the ambition is high, to rewrite the tax system, which was in the government program, should be completed by spring", added Giorgetti.
