The advisor to the Ukrainian mayor of Mariupol in exile Petro Andriushchenko has denied the Russian statements according to which the Kiev army hit a bakery in Lisichansk, in Lugansk: "It is another fake by the Russians, the attack was against a restaurant where collaborators of the enemy, he stated."
Meanwhile, a representative of the self-proclaimed Luhansk Republic declared to the Russian media that Emergency Minister Aleksey Poteshchenkoi was killed in the attack on the restaurant.
The Russian media reported the news of Poteshchenkoi's death and published a photo of the affected building where the sign of a restaurant can be seen.
